Thermal Scans is designed to provide you with the most up-to-date information, sourced from around the world, in relation to the many emerging medical applications of digital infrared thermal imaging ( DITI ).

DITI is being used as an adjunct for early warning detection of breast disease, as well as visualisation of pain, injury and poor circulation, generally, within the body.

The 21st century incarnation of this technology, which incidentally has been around for over 30 years now, is re-defining ‘early warning’ in terms of its potential for identifying and tracking the subtle development of breast disease, well before any of the currently available mainstream tools can.

It’s slowly but surely being accepted by mainstream medicine, as the clinical results accumulate, but we feel it’s only fair to warn you that you may encounter strong opposition and mis-information along the way, when you raise the topic of thermal imaging. We congrautulate you for having the curiosity and the courage to embrace this technology.

“It takes 50 years to get a wrong idea out of medicine, and 100 years to get a right one into medicine”  Hughlings Jackson

Scattered throughout the site, you’ll find a number of short video presentations, mostly American, sourced from a variety of locations, that present information about the technology. Please take the time to watch and listen, and explore, as there’s a wealth of information gathered here, for you.

And don’t forget, we always welcome your questions or input as to how we might improve things.
